As part of Accelerate Program which is introducing SAP and a number of other new systems to the business & reporting to the NV Program Manager, the test manager is accountable for the successful planning, co-ordination and execution of all testing activities for the NV deployment across all impacted systems. accountable to the NV Program Manager; work with the program team members to develop & maintain a test plan for the team members’ respective areas of responsibility and hold them accountable to the plan which should align to the corporate level plan; work closely with the corporate team (Test Lead, UAT/DITL (Day in the Life) Lead, UAT co-ordinators, Test captains, PMO, IS, PIL’s, BPO’s, GPO’s) to ensure full alignment; ensure all test scenarios are identified in line with business and technical requirements in agreed project scope; ensure all test scripts are documented to company standards and meet the needs of the business & technical requirements; ensure all testers have the appropriate training, access & security across all relevant systems to ensure they are ready to test as appropriate; support the NV program manager in ensuring the Fremont team and the Fremont stakeholders have a go to person on site for escalation, support, communications; provide support to the team members who will each be responsible for providing regular status updates for their area of responsibility; provide status updates as needed to NV divisional stakeholders & corporate stakeholders; identify, assess, monitor risks & identify mitigation strategies; manage escalations to program manager.

This is a remote Medical Writing position, preferred experience: cardiovascular or stroke with at least 5 years of writing experience. Desired experience in medical devices, clinical regulatory documents, MDR transitions, CER writing as well as journal article writing and submission.

The Human Resources (HR) Professional will be responsible for performing transactions in the HR systems and applications that support the onboarding of company new-hires including temp to permanent conversions. The primary objective of this position is to complete the processes and transactions within prescribed timeframes ensuring a positive first-day experience for new-hires of company.

The individual in this role will work with Test Managers, IT, and business colleagues to ensure that all changes are fully tested and fit for purpose, working to add value and identify all critical and/or high defects prior to implementation. This person will create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and schedules. Additionally, he or she will execute test scripts, raise defects and help manage the test effort through to closure, and complete reports and metrics. This individual may manage testing for a small project.

Utilize tools in the Microsoft data and reporting technology stack to implement data processes and build reports (SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS). Strong SQL and data analysis skills are used on a daily basis. Translate business information requirements into SQL queries and report layouts. Participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of data processing and data reporting. Participate in meetings with users to define and evaluate data and reporting needs. Analyze detailed business requirements, including input and output requirements, reports, etc. Provide recommendation.
