Cross-Border Executive Recruiter (Woodbridge, NJ)
Review, analyze, and sourcing management executives and talents on clients’ behalves, applying knowledge of Global workforce strategy, China and US labor and employment law, and Employee Compensation and Benefits analysis; Consult with cross-border clients to define talent acquisition needs and labor market intelligence to merge the gap of different HR practices in US and China, including executive compensation structure, workforce planning, job design and performance appraisal; Evaluate job positions and determine classification utilize leads and referrals for pipeline building, interpret staffing needs, and analyze candidates’ backgrounds and abilities in relation to job requirements; Plan, develop and evaluate methods and techniques for selecting and evaluating prospects using compensation analysis, Business and Competitive Strategy and HR Analytics in Human Resource Information Systems; Analyze and evaluate the candidates’ professional competence, skills, and experiences for Executive and other management positions; Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation analysis information using VMS tools.
Must have a Master’s Degree in HR Management or Labor Relations plus skills and knowledge in Compensation and Benefits analysis, China and US labor and employment law, Global workforce strategy.
