  • Overview

    Maintains and repairs the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches. Responsible for the preventative maintenance program.


    • Responsible for developing and maintaining facility related project plans, identifying future projects/initiatives.
    • Responsible for facility project management and building construction/reconfiguration projects.
    • Assist in selection, management and evaluation of contractors.
    • Assist in managing aspects of the facilities budget and projecting future expenditures based on facilities project needs and planning.
    • Manage equipment maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and service life.
    • Responsible for practicing sustainable strategies and best practices in regards to energy management, waste control, and environmentally conscious policies.
    • Assist EHS team in facilities compliance to city, state and federal regulation.
    • Manages and communicates the facilities standards and protocols.
    • Project Manager of office and various facility construction projects.
    • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the facility’s preventative maintenance program
    • Perform additional duties and projects as needed or when assigned.
    • Responsible for assisting in the leadership of team as directed by Facilities Manager.
