  • Overview

    We are in need of a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) tester to complete test scripts to ensure an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is working properly. This individual will be following test scripts, reporting pass or fail results, have good attention to detail and some sort of basic technical background.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete QA/UAT testing by calling various DNIS/ANI numbers to replicate user experience within an IVR speech recognition system. 
    • Log, track and verify resolution of test results to assist in debugging of issues within IVR call flows
    • Analyze test case and identify areas where test cases should be created and or existing cases modified.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with defect tracking system i.e. Jira a PLUS
    • Strong written/verbal communication and active listening skills required (English & Spanish)
    • Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)

    Education Level:High School Graduate/GED
