A CSR will be responsible for handling a large volume of customer calls requiring scheduling and completion of service orders, establishing new accounts, preparing billing and adjustments, responding and providing answers to customers' inquiries, complaints and concerns, and cashier duties. The incumbent will be able to process uncollected accounts, process shut offs, reporting and other responsibilities or special projects of the customer service area.
Previous experience in Customer Service.
