    Responsibilities

    What Your Day to Day Role Looks Like

    Once you have had time to settle in and enjoy your morning coffee you’ll be ready to start the day with some:

     

    • Lead/prospect qualification including proper identification of clients, projects, business benefits and ability to identify key contacts,decision makers and hiring managers
    • Generate new business opportunities nationally via cold calls, lead generation, referrals etc.
    • Travel in and out of state for in-person meetings to build new relationships and solidify existing ones
    • Effectively negotiate  contracts with clients
    • Manage and track activities and progress in our sales CRM and ATS
    • Communicate with clients to effectively receive and understand job requisites
    • Collaborate with our Recruiters to find and screen the best talent in the market

    Qualifications

    Skills that Will Help you Succeed in this Role

     

    • 3-5 years of sales experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
    • High energy, positive attitude, honest and ethical
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a high energy sales team environment; team player who thrives in collaborative environment and motivates others with strong organizational and time management skills
