  • Overview

    35 Hours per week. 

    Responsibilities

    • Process purchase orders minimum of 5 a day. Receive email notification for purchase order to be done. Will need to check approvals before doing a purchase order. 
    • Will need to know exact information that will go on the purchase order (destination, Hardware, software, cost Etc.) 
    • Process invoices minimum of 10 a day. Will receive email notification. Input to be done on 2 systems. Must be properly coded with the necessary information. 
    • Necessary to have attention to detail also accuracy and pace required.

    Qualifications

    • Basic PC skills with knowledge of Word/Excel.
    • Follows well defined procedures and practices.
    • May require a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
