    Title: IT Service Delivery – IT Vendor Management Procurement & Financial Analyst 

    Domestic travel less than 10% of the time International travel even less than that if at all,(Currently no international travel is planed). 
    Will the candidate be required to work at an international location? YES

    Is this assignment working on an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) project? YES


    Core Responsibilities 
    • Execute appropriately rigorous procurement processes and manage financial practices/procedures associated with the contract ensuring that financial controls are in place and aligned with the contract 
    • Act as primary contact for all billing and financial issues for IT Vendor Management 
    • Accountable for the accuracy, oversight and validation of resource unit volumes that impact invoice amounts 
    • Reviewing invoices, charges, budget performance to identify disparities and variances in order to recommend corrective action 
    • Reviewing fee reductions and identifying problem areas and recommending corrective action 
    • General financial activities related to contract delivery 
    • Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with CM to ensure RFP compliance with financial expectations and requirements 
    • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with Service Owners and IT operations to effectively translate commercial impacts to contract

    Manager Must Haves: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Finance
    • 5-10 yrs experience working with IT, Finance, and/or contract management
    • Ability to perform detailed financial analysis
    • Ability to work independently and attention to detail


    Required Education (Minimum required for consideration): 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Finance 
    • Required Years and Area of Experience: (minimum required for consideration): 
    • 8 - 10 Years 

    Required Skills (These are skills that candidates MUST possess): 
    • Attention to detail 
    • Ability to analyze financial data to ensure alignment with contract 
    • Financial and business acumen 
    • Employ detailed tracking methods to allow for reporting to senior level leadership 
    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Finance or equivalent field.
