  • Responsibilities

    • Experience in quality control testing. Assist with User Acceptance Testing.
    • Test planning and coordination. Ensure application meets business requirements.
    • Provides user support (issue tracking, user training). Create application documentation, including procedures, user guide, training manual, etc. Works independently.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 
    • May be required to perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high volume environment for both internal and external customers.
    • Familiar with a variety of procedures. Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing is helpful.
    • Accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills are also necessary, as well as strong reading comprehension. Reliable and ability to multitask as needed. 
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 


    • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
