  • Overview

    This position will perform intermediate level duties with regard to the coordination delivery schedules with suppliers in conjunction with establishing, scheduling, monitoring, and planning production builds and resources while utilizing applicable inventory control (Oracle ERP System), manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions. As well as, effectively perform inter-Divisional communication with Global Supply Chain representatives for company.


    • Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts and/or services; maintains close coordination with Global Supply Chain and the distribution center to ensure timely execution of product and services.
    • Coordinates as appropriate quality matters and engineering changes/developments between company activities and suppliers.
    • Organizes and implements with direction from the material manager and/or the director of materials strategies to accomplish programs consistent with company guidelines. 

     Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Education: Bachelors degree is required Operations/Supply Chain Management preferred but willing to consider others
