  • Overview

    We are currently looking for outstanding talent interested in joining an exceptional international team. He/or she will function as a candidate expert, responsible for working with Account Executives to identify and attract the best talent for our clients. He/or She will engage passive candidates, perform market and candidate research and ensure that candidates are the best matches for our clients job requirements. He/or she will explore new methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline top candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop an understanding of client’s job openings pertaining to skill sets, degrees, technologies, and cultural fit.
    • Comfortable sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent on our client’s behalf.
    • Utilize all candidate databases, job boards, social networking and other resources efficiently and effectively to locate passive and active candidates for job roles.
    • Utilize leads and referrals for pipeline building.
    • Preferred proficiency in utilizing ATS systems
    • Aggressively meet/exceed monthly and weekly recruitment objectives
    • Building key relationships with future candidates

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • Ability to understand, interpret and relate requirements to candidates background
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Must have direct communication skills with customers via phone and email
