    We are seeking Recruiters with multicultural backgrounds to work closely with corporations headquartered in either US or Greater China that are expanding their businesses across the Pacific.  You will utilize your knowledge of both countries to connect candidates to clients while respecting and celebrating the culture, business practices and recruiting methodologies found in the two regions.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research into target industries to identify qualified candidates for specialized roles nationwide.
    • Create talent map with particular skill sets or within target companies/departments.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of talent pool in the particular market.
    • Communicate with candidates to network and uncovered hidden sources of talent.
    • Help define and create repeatable mapping/researching processes that can be applied to multiple job types.
    • Conduct extensive internet research using a wide variety of tools.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin language skills a strong plus
    • Must be a fast learner who is open to instruction and training.
    • Ability to multi-task with a great attention to detail.
    • Superior internet sourcing skills, including understanding of Boolean searching.
    • Previous experience in a researcher, sales support, or staffing/recruiting role is a strong plus.
    • Understanding of IT terminology is a strong plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
