We are looking for a senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner (RHRBP) to support our growing business teams. Ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative company culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our New York office.
In this position you will partner with senior business leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness in the region. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Requirements and Demands:
Travel to other US offices as required. At least four international travels in a year.
