  • Overview

    We are looking for a senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner (RHRBP) to support our growing business teams.  Ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative company culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our New York office.

    In this position you will partner with senior business leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness in the region. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business in a fast-paced environment.


    • Work with BUs and senior management teams to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth and innovative changes.
    • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits.
    • Participate in interview process and partner with business leaders to ensure hired candidates can add on to the team capabilities and organization culture.
    • Partner with Organization Development team in identifying organization capability gaps, designing development programs, delivering such programs, and assessing improvement.
    • Partner with Organization Culture team to plan and execute cultural events and programs to cultivate a positive culture and to celebrate business wins
    • Connect with all levels of employees to improve work environments and provide feedback to leadership
    • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
    • Be a key member of the HRBP team helping to develop world-class HR capabilities



    • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required. 
    • Takes the initiative with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
    • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives
    • Experience working with senior management in an “influence-without-authority” role. Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data and analysis.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information
    • Strong attention to detail and on-time completion of deliverables
    • BA/BS Degree. Master's Degree a plus
    • 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience required.
    • Organization development and training expertise a plus
    • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications a plus
    • Previous experience in the technology industry preferred but not required.


    Travel Requirements and Demands:

    Travel to other US offices as required. At least four international travels in a year.
