Scope of Work: 

  • This position will report to a Director within FSA Operations located in Newark, NJ.   FSA Operations provides 24/7 operational support for the global Financial Systems Architecture (FSA). Key functions performed include job scheduling and monitoring for the production and non-production environments.   


Additional responsibilities include: 

  • The successful candidate must be able to work well within a challenging fast-paced environment. Minimum weekend coverage might be required from time to time, always with advance notice. Specific responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordinate, review and schedule Job Streams for Financial Applications.
  • Monitor and resolve Job Stream and application processing issues.
  • Create and maintain procedural documents.
  • Reviewing proofs and controls and help desk tickets around our FSA environment.
  • Provide support for maintenance requests (ie, TMS uploads, Journal Deletions, Data Migrations) and Interface issues as needed.
  • Maintain operational logs and tracking grids.
  • Provide support for Non production processing by monitoring and escalating failures / warnings timely for immediate resolution. (Oracle Concurrent Programs and Autosys.)
  • Work with peers/business partners to resolve issues and effectively implement change.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office is required, MS Project, SharePoint & Visio are a plus 
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Applications and job scheduling tools are a plus
