    Comrise is currently adding to our world-class Recruiting team. We are seeking individuals at both the junior and entry-levels. As a recruiter, you will analyze and fill client hiring requirements with our Account Executives. Candidates that have minimal experience in the field are encouraged to apply!

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs
    • Utilize multiple strategies to source and recruit qualified candidates via traditional and innovative methods
    • Handle multiple job requirements at the same time and submit qualified candidates efficiently (usually within 24-48 hours)
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals and relationship building
    • Utilize applicant tracking system to document & track recruiting steps
    • Work closely with Account Executives directly on candidate quality assurance, retention, extension, lead generation, remarketing and candidate satisfaction
    • Negotiate compensation and hiring terms. Close candidate and provide HR required information for offer extension
    • Establish strong working relationships with Account Executives and back office support teams to maintain an integrated team approach
    • Travel and meet with candidates as well as client visits

     

     

    Qualifications

    • IT/Technology recruiting background/STEM degree is a plus!
    • Bi-lingual English/Mandarin language skills a strong plus
    • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
    • Strong interpersonal, organization and teamwork skills
