Overview

Provide overall project direction as related to schedule, cost, performance, and resources.

Will develop project plans including:

  • Task lists, GANTT or PERT chart.
  • Will develop functional specifications that fully define project and product.
  • Cost Performance criteria. Scope. Capital equipment request/justificaion.
  • Will develop and direct project resources. Will periodically provide progress report to other functional areas of the company affected by the project.
  • Will monitor and control project.
  • Timelines. Costs.
  • Resources. Providing development and guidance for assigned Co-op/Intern/Technician/Engineer.
  • Developing and conducting Co-op/Intern/Technician/Engineer performance appraisals.
  • Career development planning for assigned Co-op/Intern/Technician/Engineer.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a self starter and CAN DO!

1. LEAD or Assist Ischemic/Hemorrhagic Stroke product development with emphasis on time, cost, resources, and quality

2. FOLLOW the lead of experienced senior managers to create program deliverables and coordinate sub-projects within a program to achieve overall success

3. LEARN and APPLY project and program management principles, ischemic stroke market fundamentals, and organizational best practices to develop themselves and their teams
