Responsibilities

  • Sales experience (outside and inside experience) - face to face interaction with clients as well as cold calling/prospecting/scheduling of appointments
  • Professional relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills – many appointments are with high-level client managers /decision makers
  • Very sales minded - energetic/enthusiastic
  • Has developed/delivered high quality sales presentations to decisions makers
  • Proven time management
  • Maintained a team environment between staff
  • Experience building business, both by growing current clients and developing new ones.
  • Extensive experience identifying and qualifying new prospects, then setting and executing sales strategy to deliver new business
  • Track record of sales growth for sales region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Any technical background (IT, networking, software/hardware Engineering)
  • Previous staffing experience around high-end professional skills (IT, engineering, medical, legal, high-level accounting/finance)
  • Mandarin speaker
