  • Looking at candidate qualifications against the clients requirements and matching the candidate you think will fit the company culture
  • Handle multiple job requirements at the same time and submit qualified candidates efficiently (usually within 24-48 hours)
  • Form and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals and relationship building
  • Use applicant tracking system to document and track your recruiting steps
  • Work with Account Executives directly on candidate quality assurance, retention, extension, lead generation, remarketing and candidate satisfaction
  • Establish strong working relationships with Account Executives and back office support teams to maintain an integrated team approach


  • Education in IT/Technology, Sales, Psychology, or STEM (minimum associate’s degree)
  • Experience in recruiting is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in English/Mandarin language is strongly preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and teamwork skills
