Overview

  • Project Management: as part of the NV Accelerate team, work with the project team members to develop & maintain a project plan for their area of responsibility which is aligned to the program scope, timeline & budget; support the project manager in ensuring the team and the key Fremont stakeholders have a go to person on site for escalation, support, communications; provide support to the team members who will each be responsible for providing regular updates on progress in their area.
  • Organizational Change Management: work with Change Ambassadors, value chain leads, SME’s & HR to lead change impact assessment, including role mapping exercises, from / to process mapping exercises, training needs analysis; provide regular updates to the Program Manager & to key stakeholders over the course of the program to update on OCM activities; identify key areas requiring focus & develop strategies to successfully manage these over the course of the program; provide coaching & mentoring to team members to support the changes through implementation. Develop initiatives to support the roll out of the change across the NV organization, including ways to leverage the Accelerate core team strategies such as DITL (Day In The Life) events. 
  • Communications: Develop communications management plan for program team and key stakeholders, working with the Accelerate Communications team and develop & execute strategies to communicate the impact of the program through different media as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Test Management: work with the project team members to develop & maintain a test plan for their area of responsibility which is aligned to the program scope, timeline & budget; ensure end to end test scenarios are identified as well as positive, negative & regression test scenarios are identified. Work closely with the NV wave team as well as the wider NV global team. Build a strong relationship with the Accelerate & Integrator teams (business & IS) in order to ensure the successful planning & execution of the test cycles. Provide regular updates, including any risks or issues and escalations to the Program Manager as required.
  • Cutover Management: work with Change Ambassadors, value chain leads, SME’s & HR in role mapping exercises, from / to process mapping exercises, hosting regular meetings as needed over the course of the program; provide regular updates to the Program Manager & to key stakeholders over the course of the program to update on OCM activities; identify key areas requiring focus & develop strategies to successfully manage these over the course of the program; provide coaching & mentoring to team members to support the changes through implementation.
  • Communications: Provide regular updates on the status of the test & cutover activities in team meetings & management meetings, escalate to the Program Manager as required. Work closely with the NV program communications lead and the Accelerate program communications lead to ensure alignment at a program level.
