Overview

****SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT - only for 1-2 WEEKS******* 

 

*We would need a generalist with HR experience. However, the primary role would be auditing our personnel files**

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years experience in an HR capacity or relevant field 
  • Demonstrated ability in HRMS and organizational benefit programs 
  • Experience in project management, organization design, change management, and compensation planning and administration 
  • Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence different groups. 
  • Experience managing various projects at once with successful track record for timely completion as well as implementation 
  • Ability to work in a global environment 
  • Generalist providing strong HR support to the division inclusive of all projects and initiatives relating to the administration of the human capital of our business. 
  • Through this close partnership with both management and employees, this generalist will analyze and measure current HR administration and recommend and implement best practices. 
  • Oversee annual projects related to HR strategies, administration, employee engagement projects, performance management cycle and audit readiness for the US business 
  • Has shared responsibility with clients on building great leadership capabilities and business results
