Be a key part of the USA team for one of the Top Four public cloud providers in the world. We are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Manager to join the company’s Cloud USA team based in California. In this capacity, you will play a key role within company's Cloud International team to promote our branding and enhance its market awareness within enterprise communities and to general public. You will be focusing on helping sales team to recruit solid leads and opportunities through various partner and customer engagements including joint GTM (Go-To-Market), product/solution seminars, roadshows, sponsorship with major industrial conferences,, startup programs, advertisement, marketing promotions, etc. This role need to carry out various marketing responsibilities to help the sales team to achieve GAAP revenue target and continually enhance the market awareness of our branding and establish solid trust relationship with local biz communities including chamber of commerce, etc. Being a key team player, this role also needs to be the liaison between regional market development efforts and HQ marketing strategies and deployments. Working for a substantially fast growing global public cloud provider, one will have good potential to grow the career with the company through this exciting journey.
Key responsibilities include but limited to: Set regional marketing strategies and according action plan and budget Conduct and manage marketing events including but not limited to product/solution seminars, meet ups, roadshows, customer appreciation activities, joint GTM with key partners, sponsorship with major industrial conferences, startup programs and developer community engagements, etc. Manage and enhance solid trust relationship with partners and clients through reciprocal marketing engagements, and manage relationship with various chamber of commerce at major metro markets. Manage in-house and/or third party vendors for design, collateral production, case study, customer testimony, whitepaper, product brochures, etc. Manage leadgen tools and marketing distribution vendors and conduct regular marketing campaigns. Produce monthly customer/partner newsletters and keep tracking on feedback Manage digital marketing and associated vendors Be a team player to help team hit overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall marketing success for products, solution and operation enhancements
Bilingual, 7-15 years, ideal 10 years of exp. B2B background, high-tech background. Experience with *branding, *lead generation, *online marketing, *GTM, *event planning.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation, public speaking and written communications At least 5-year of strong marketing experience in related field targeting enterprises’ and SMEs’ IT and technology sectors Experience with partner marketing focusing on joint GTM, alliance program and channel platform build in IT and technology sectors is preferred Comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity and fast pace growth Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources within a large organization, including internal resources, external resources and other constituent groups as appropriate Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out startup spirit Expect 40% and above business travel
