Overview

  • Assist Business Team to prepare, document, execute, and record results for testing activities of the CAA Billing System migration effort.
  • Development and update of the Program Migration Plan and Testing Plan Documents;
  • Support execution of migration and testing;
  • Creation of migration weekend activity tracker and command center organization;
  • 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team member to assist Business Team to prepare, document, execute, and record results for testing activities of the CAA Billing System migration effort. 
  • Development and update of the Program Migration Plan and Testing Plan Documents. 
  • Support execution of billing system test cases for multiple testing cycles. 
  • Support execution of parallel Billing System for two productions billing cycles. 
  • Assist with issue determination and debugging process. 
  • Update migration weekend activity tracker and participate in command center notification.

Qualifications

  • Skill needed include understanding the use of test case trackers, MS Excel, MS Project. 
  • Solid logic-oriented mindset, problem-solving skill set. 
  • Work together with team members / display initiative / Follow directions. 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • 3-5 years of experience desired
