Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.


  • This position will support the processing of regulatory data within an electronic system including prioritizing work for various departments.
  • Prior experience in regulatory affairs, product labeling or promotional material, document control, or quality systems would be valuable.
  • Experience effectively working in a team environment.
  • Experience delivering high-quality documents within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
