Overview

Be a key part of the company Cloud USA team for one of the Top Five public cloud providers in the world 

We are seeking a highly qualified Business Development (Sales focused) Manager to join the company’s Cloud USA team based in California. 
In this capacity, you will play a key role within Cloud Biz Dev team to recruit customers and partners and sell Cloud global solutions to enterprise and SMEs clients in US, Canadian and LATAM markets. This role need to carry out various sales responsibilities to achieve GAAP revenue target the company sets for individual BD manager and being a team player to help the team hit overall revenue target. Working for a substantially fast growing global public cloud provider , one will have good potential to grow the career with the company through this exciting journey. 
Key responsibilities include but limited to: 

• Carry out annual GAAP revenue target to sell Cloud global solutions to enterprises and SMEs clients 
• Develop channel partnership to leverage biz communities to sell Cloud global solutions 
• Build strong sales pipelines, help enhance customer onboarding and partner enablement programs 
• Provide trainings and workshops to customer and partners to enhance brand awareness and improve collaborations 
• Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at account level to help the customers and channel partners with Cloud consumptions an ensure overall customer experiences 
• Be a team player to help team hit overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit 
• Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall products, solution and operation enhancements

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation, public speaking and written communications 

• At least 5-year of strong sales experience in related field targeting enterprises’ and SMEs’ IT and technology sectors, with trackable sales records 
• Strong national wide or regional business communities engagement experiences is a plus 
• Experience with partnership, alliance program and channel platform build in IT and technology sectors is preferred 
• Comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity and fast pace growth 
• Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources within a large organization, including internal resources, external resources and other constituent groups as appropriate 
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity 
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Expect 40% and above business travel
