Responsibilities

  • Typically 10+ years relevant consulting and/or industry and functional experience
  • Analyze the clients business objectives, processes and resources, and suggest ways by which re-design (BPR), or improvements (BPI) can be made to achieve the objectives
  • Assess, develop and execute a plan to implement a business transformation solution.
  • Develop and execute Stakeholder management plan
  • Lead team to conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.
  • Oversee preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the findings
  • Lead the team to conduct the analysis of existing infrastructure, and recommend efficient, cost effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately defined and that an enhancement or project is warranted
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications
  • Review the development of business cases to ensure the cost, service, and benefit dimensions of proposed large, complex projects are appropriately reflected.
  • Analyze the strategic profile of the organization and its environment, advising senior management on suitable policies, and the effects of policy decisions.
  • Manage complex, often global, stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills
  • Execution of controls process to ensure the completeness and integrity of the data in the applications supporting OFSAA / Hyperion Management Reporting
  • Reconcile the balances reported from Ledger with the Sub ledger balances
  • Analysis of the pre-defined breaks and follow the structured resolution process which includes, Investigation and collection of evidences describing the breaks
  • Resolution of the breaks reported in the exceptions reporting
  • Liaise with counterparts in business groups, across regions, prepare publish management reports

 

 

Qualifications

Education Background: MBA in Finance, Bachelor of Accounting

 

Years of experience: 4 to 7 years of experience

 

Technical knowledge Skills:

Comfortable with basic office tools (MS Word, Outlook)

Excellent knowledge and use of MS Excel including Pivot tables and data analysis

Technical understanding of TOAD or similar tool

 

Preferred Industry / Domain experience :

Former experiences within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services

 

Behavioral Skills / Competencies:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or accounting levels.

Ability to work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
