We are currently looking for outstanding talent interested in joining an exceptional international team. The Account Executive in this position must be web-savvy, articulate and able to identify account growth opportunities while providing high-quality service to our clients. You will be focused on client relationship building, retention and satisfaction, while owning responsibility for a book of business, its growth and results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage his or her own daily workload, operate well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment. This is a remote position - we are seeking candidates in San Francisco, California or Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue and retention by meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue goals
  • Build long-term partnerships and strategies across your book of business
  • Provide support to our existing client base by working directly with client decision-makers and budget-holders
  • Educate clients on all existing and new product offerings
  • Coordinate and prepare for quarterly client visits
  • Prepare and deliver reporting and presentations to align with client needs and goals
  • Work closely with your management team and collaborate with your peers to strengthen your client service and strategic expertise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional maturity and business acumen 2-5+ years of experience in staffing or HR related services
  • Track record of account management or sales success by consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Passion for service excellence
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience preparing for and conducting on-site client meetings
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin strongly preferred
